[GUCCI] Retail Performance Sr. Analyst

Role Mission- As part of the Retail Excellence and Performance team the person will contribute in the improvement of the Performance of Gucci Korea stores network through an accurate analysis of KPIs, Monthly Target setting and sales planning. The new member will contribute also in the shaping and cascading of the Retail strategy of the Brand in Korea (drafting presentation for the top management and performing ad-hoc analysis)
Key Accountabilities- Regular reporting and specific analysis
- Presentations preparation
- Communication with HQ and with Store Teams when needed
- Occasionally translation from English to Korean and vice versa
Key Requirements- At least 4 years of relevant experience in analytical role
- High proficiency in data analysis and dataset management (excellence in Excel data elaboration)
- High commitment and motivation. Detail Oriented
- Fluent in English both written and spoken - living experience abroad mandatory
