CACI is currently looking for experienced Aerial Sensor Operators (ASO) to join our team supporting worldwide Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) missions for the US Army. For the ASO position, you will be responsible for operating sensors in real-world, OCONUS missions. As a member of a highly qualified team, you will be supporting operations that have the highest impact to national security. Perform those responsibilities in a manner that maintains positive and constructive relations with associated parties.

More About the Role:

CACI seeks a talented ASO to join our Engineering Services and Solution Group, within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector.

• Facilitates the operation of Multi-INT sensor payloads.

• Perform other technical functions as required, to include system configurations, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.

• Apply practical knowledge of sensors to optimize performance and troubleshoot real-time problems encountered in AISR sensor operations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph on Day One.

• Five years of documented OCONUS AISR ASO experience.

• High School Diploma or GED. Constructive credit accepted for operational experience.

• Have a fundamental knowledge of computer operations and the aptitude to operate high-tech sensors during flight.

• Be willing to travel extensively overseas for long periods with minimal notice.

• The ability to work in aircraft for an extended duration.

• The ability to efficiently utilize accepted tools of the trade, e.g. GPS receivers, sensors, computers, and conventional maps.

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph on Day One.

• Knowledgeable in aerial sensor operations.

• Must have expertise with current AISR procedures, voice communications, and employment of fielded weapon systems and tactics currently in use by the US Military.

• Must have expertise with Current ISR procedures and voice communications.

• Must have expertise using and configuring Tactical Radios, Full Motion Video (FMV), and Tactical Data Links currently in use by the US Military.

• Track record of complex problem-solving aptitude.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to pass Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Class 2 medical examination.

• Willingness to learn new skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

• Military background or equivalent operations experience.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

• Experience with current US Army AISR sensor payloads and associated workstations and servers.
