[Responsibilities]

Champion a client-first sales mindset and implement a disciplined sales process to enhance sales results. Foster a sales-oriented culture within the organization, focusing on weekly progress towards quarterly and annual sales objectives. Develop comprehensive business development strategies for both short-term and long-term goals, empowering team members to achieve sales targets effectively. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, positioning myself as their trusted business partner and proactively offering solutions tailored to their needs. Strategically plan and execute account strategies to meet client-specific sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Act as the client's advocate, providing valuable input into product development and roadmap planning. Collaborate with industry partners to create mutually beneficial outcomes for clients. Implement effective sales processes and maintain an efficient sales cadence, including ongoing pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across finance, regional, and global teams to support sales initiatives. Drive marketing initiatives and roll-out strategies for new product introductions, representing the Nielsen brand at senior-level sales meetings and within the industry.

Proficient in advertising, marketing, and media industries with a strong grasp of marketing research. Previous experience in ad networks, ad-tech firms, or related fields like DSP and TV. Extensive network within marketing, digital, and media sectors. Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management.
