Local Logistics and Stock Management Specialist

In preparation of Direct sales;
Support localization of logistics and vehicle stock management by analyzing local logistics flow and stock turn trend.
Establish logistics and stock management tailored to customs needs.
Support development of automation of logistics and vehicle stock management sales by validating and analyzing of overall work processes.
In general;
Monitor and supervise overall shipment and local logistics schedule for efficient stock management.
Conduct close communication with various stakeholders (headquarters, shipping companies, port operators, inbound logistics companies, etc.) to ensure the optimal level of vehicle supply.

현지 물류 흐름과 재고 회전 트렌드를 분석하여 물류 및 차량 재고 관리의 현지화를 지원하고, 세관 요구에 맞춘 물류 및 재고 관리 설정합니다.
전체 작업 과정을 유효하게 평가하고 분석하여 물류 및 차량 재고 관리의 자동화 개발을 지원하고,효율적인 재고 관리를 위해 전체 운송 및 현지 물류 일정을 모니터링하고 감독합니다.
또한, 본사, 운송 회사, 항만 운영자, 진입 물류 회사 등과의 밀접한 의사 소통을 통해 차량 공급의 최적 수준을 보장해야 합니다.
1. Local (inbound & outbound) Logistics Management
•Monitor shipment arrival schedule to secure optimal level of vehicle supply
•Coordinate inbound logistics schedule through constant communication with shipment company, port operator, and inbound logistics company.
•Validate vehicle information on the document versus physical delivery and correct in case discrepancy.
•Evaluate shipment related document such as bill of lading, and request for revision if there is an error.
•Execute overall required requests in order to promptly supply vehicles to market such as requesting to separate bill of lading number.
•Monitor overall outbound logistics by examining logistics capacity cope with PDI throughputs.
•Vendor payment settlement
1. 현지 (입고 및 출고) 물류 관리
•차량 공급의 최적화 된 수준을 확보하기 위해 운송 도착 일정 모니터링
•선적 회사, 항만 운영자 및 진입 물류 회사와 지속적인 의사 소통을 통해 입고 물류 일정 조정
•문서상 차량 정보와 실제 배송을 대조하여 불일치 사항이 있는 경우 수정
•선적 관련 문서(선적증, Bill of Lading)를 평가하고 오류가 있는 경우 수정을 요청
•Landing Number를 분리 요청 등 시장에 차량을 신속히 공급하기 위한 전반적인 요청 실행
•PDI 처리량을 대비하기 위해 전체 출고 물류를 모니터링
•공급업체 결제 처리
2. Special Logistics Management
•Communicate with HQ for the prioritization of transportation considering the market demand and vehicle availability.
•Manage airfreight transportation by selecting a vehicle, coordinating necessary documents, arranging target delivery date with HQ and internal stakeholders.
•Manage ship back cases with HQ and relevant service providers.
2. 물류 관리

•차량을 선택하고 필요한 문서를 조정하며 본사와 내부 이해 관계자와 Target delivery date를 정하는 항공 운송 관리
•본사 및 관련 서비스 제공업체와 함께 Ship Back Case 관리.
3. Stock Management
•Monitor stock ages and distribute aged stock reports to relevant parties
•Collaborate and communicate with related internal stakeholders and vendors to coordinate storage allocation upon vehicle arrival (i.e. FTZ, bonded area etc) for efficient operation
•Implement and propose disposal scheme/measures for aged stock to minimize the vehicle standing-time and meet the company stock level target
3. 재고 관리
•재고의 age 등을 모니터링하고 관련 담당자에게 Age별 재고 보고서 배포
•차량 도착 시 관련 내부 이해 관계자 및 공급업체와 협력 및 의사 소통하여 효율적인 운영을 위한 창고 할당 조정(예: FTZ, Bonded Area 등)
•차량 대기 시간을 최소화하고 회사 재고 수준 목표를 충족시키기 위한 Age별 재고의 폐기 계획/조치 실행 및 제안
4. Process and system automation
•Identify and solve systematic issues by analyzing current process & system
•Reflect and propose enhanced local blueprints to future process & system for improvement
•Analyze and validate various process & systems for direct sales in scope of Local logistics and stock management
•Conduct UAT and engage with system developers for system optimization

•현재 프로세스 및 시스템을 분석하여 시스템적 문제 식별 및 해결
•향후 프로세스 및 시스템 개선을 위한 개선된 로컬 단위의 설계 제안 및 반영
•현지 물류 및 재고 관리 범위 내의 직접 판매를 위한 다양한 프로세스 및 시스템 분석 및 검증
•시스템 최적화를 위해 시스템 개발자와 UAT 수행 및 협력 Qualifikationen
Education
Bachelor degree
Experience
At least 5 years of experience with expertise in vehicle sales or ordering
Preferred experience in retail business in the same industry (more than 3 years of experience)
Knowledge of the automobile industry with sufficient hands-on experience
Specific Knowledge
Excellent leadership and strong communication skills
Positive, constructive, and excellent problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and result-driven attitude
Excellent MS office skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
