Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The individual will assume primary responsibilities for the Laboratory Chemicals Division, over-viewing all aspects of financial planning and analysis.

  • Lead and coordinate the development and preparation of the annual long term strategic plan, annual operating plan (Annual budget, Monthly and quarterly forecasts) and monthly result analysis from top line to EBITDA level

  • Provide financial information and make recommendations for the business partners to make sound business decisions

  • Implement a robust and clear financial reporting, metrics framework, financial planning and analysis process, and budgeting mechanism across the business to enable informed and effective business decision-making.

  • Perform the forecast and spending analysis of actual SG&A

  • Drive price realization by using commercial database

  • Work with accounting team to ensure the closing timeline and reporting requirements can be met

  • Work with operation and functional team to drive and track productivity savings

  • Establish and improve performance measurements to assist with business evaluation and decision making. Develop key metric indicators that promote awareness and generate improvement actions. Measure actual results versus targets

  • Establish relationships with business leadership team and define practices and strategies to add value and maintain cost effectiveness

  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A or Finance

  • Experience in working Multi-National companies

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & Power Point, knowledge of Access and Power-BI preferred

  • Extensive experienced in ERP system; SAP, E1 and Cognos.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with teams and other stakeholders

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Punctual in working manner and reporting

  • Able to work independently with limited direction
