당사는 현재 팀에 합류할 경력직 물류 담당자를 모집하고 있습니다. 채용 시 한국에서 성장 중인 비즈니스와 관련하여 물류팀을 이끌어 가시게 되며, 한국 현지에서 근무하며 도쿄 오피스의 팀에 보고를 진행합니다. 다국적・다문화 기업의 일원으로서 글로벌 시장에서 인기 있는 엔터테인먼트 관련 제품을 판매・제작하는 조직의 규모 확장에 실질적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 흥미로운 기회가 될 것입니다.

출하 데이터 접수 및 출하 관리 감독 재고 데이터의 정확성 확보 구매 고객의 문의 대응을 통해 우수한 고객 서비스 제공 B2B(유통업체) 주문에 대한 출하 지시 및 조정 RMA 반품 제품 확인, 반품 화물에 대한 파렛트화 지침 제공 및 관리 물류 비용 파악 및 협상을 통한 최적화 수출입 비즈니스 간의 우호적인 관계 구축 (창고 및 포워더 대상) 제3자 서비스와 계약 및 요금 협상 인보이스 프로세스 확립 및 유지 관리 관련 데이터 취합 및 관리, 내부 이해관계자와의 공유 팀원 지도 및 양성
지원 요건

The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Senior Specialist, Logistics to join our team who will be based in South Korea but reporting to our Tokyo Studio. You will lead our logistics team’s efforts for our growing business in South Korea. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a multicultural company and to make a real impact in scaling an organization that both sells and creates popular entertainment products internationally.
A successful candidate will love gaming and manga with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring the seamless receipt, processing, storage, and shipment of our products in Korea. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Oversee the receipt and delivery of shipping data Ensure inventory accuracy Respond to and provide excellent customer service to consumer inquiries Provide delivery instructions and coordination for B2B (reseller) orders Ensure the receipt of confirmations for RMA products, administer the provision of instructions on how to palletize return shipments, and provide product return verifications Understand, negotiate, and optimize logistics costs Champion the successful relationships between import and export businesses such as warehouses and forwarders Successfully negotiate contracts and rates with third-party services Mentor junior members of the team Establish and maintain our invoice process Manage our data aggregation and be able to share the collected data with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, with fluency in Korean (business level) and Japanese (business level) required, English skills a plus Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail 3+ years of experience in the logistics field and/or business operations Familiarity with the logistics industry and trends in Korea Able to work proactively and diligently Able to collaborate with teams internationally Experience with office software and IT literacy Able to respond quickly and efficiently when irregular situations arise (such as damage or loss of products, delayed shipments, incorrect shipping information, etc.) with the ability to negotiate fair compensation Experience in an e-commerce business is a plus. Experience in building good relationships between import and export businesses Experience in negotiating contracts and fees with third-party services Management experience is a plus.
