About the TeamThe high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams. Responsibilities1. Support business planning, commercial incentives, revenue operation, and sales enablement pillar2. Conduct market and competitor research to define future strategy, ., industry research, business model research, product assessments.3. Drive market insights to opportunities, and conduct in-depth analysis to help the business better understand key value drivers and identify growth opportunities.4. Develop commercial incentives for clients and agency partners.5. Drive monitoring of commercial performance, ., defining and tracking KPI, developing performance dashboards, assessing business operations trends.6. Conceptualize, structure and implement regional projects, . sales process optimization, organizational change, incentive policy, cross-functional strategic initiatives7. Be responsible for the operational rigour and excellence, including (but not exhaustively) process, policy, revenue operations to contracting, overall efficiency improvement initiatives

1. 5 to 10 years of professional working experience in business planning, consulting, sales operation in fast-paced companies (eg. consulting firm, investment banking, planning division, FP&A) 2. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or another related area of study3. Logical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions4. Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace5. Rich experience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, able to work with multinational teams and managing senior stakeholders6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus. Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (. SalesForce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, , and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, is a plus7. As a global team, business-level English to communicate with cross-regional partners is required.
