MES Team Management
Supervise daily operation of Mobile Engineering Service in Korea, ensuring that a safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services is provided to the client and building occupants. Provide direct support to field operations and responsible for performance metric tracking and reporting. Manage overall PPM & Ad-hoc work schedule of MES Team and deliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback. Lead site inspection and due diligence when required. Client relationship managementBudget & Finance Result Management
Develop annual budget plan, provide updates it to region team (MES North Asia) and forecast Korea MES finance situation. Lead Korea MES team to achieve assigned finance target. Regular meeting with regional MES organizations to share finance result. Lead cost control of Korea MES TeamRisk & Incident Management
Provide solutions for technical issues. Ensure to abide by compliance with all local statutory regulations. Emergency call support and site attendance for trouble shooting. Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.Document Management
Development of technical service standard Support to establish engineering and operation procedures and roll out for site staff. Update and maintain accurate records and official documentations for the sites where any other activities to support JLL and/or operations, including but not limited to: moves/reconfigurations, events, reception and building operations.Location: Remote –Seoul, Korea, Republic of
