Serves as Supply Technician performing a wide variety of supply technical duties, with responsibilities for planning and accomplishing inventories of all stocks; managing, coordinating, and controlling requirements, receipt, issue, transfer, location change, disposition of ammunition, turn-in residue, ammunition components and packing materials stored at two Ammunition Depots (ADs) and one Ammunition Supply Point (ASP); and providing technical assistance and guidance in using automated Standard Army Ammunition System Modernization (SAAS-MOD) system. Directs and participates in planning and coordinating and exercising complete authority concerning information of ammunition inventory activities necessary to insure the proper carrying out of the overall inventory functions. Assists the Accountable Officer in maintaining accountability for all ammunition, missiles/rockets, residue, components and packing materials stored at two ADs and one ASP. As the automated system administrator, supervises KN and U.S. military computer users in the technical aspect of computer system operations. Serves as supply coordinator for the stock accounting section by exercising complete authority concerning information of general supply requirement and availability. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifikationsanforderungen
NOTE: 1. Relocation Allowance will NOT be authorized for the selectee from outside the commuting area. 2. Under the Yongsan Relocation Plan (YRP), individual moves of the selectee from Area II to other Areas will be authorized by the YRP moving services processes as stipulated in Civilian Human Resources Transformation Guidance. 3. Target grade of this position is KGS-7. If the position is filled at the lower grade than target grade, the incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to target grade upon satisfactory completion of the job requirements, recommendation by the supervisor, and subject to meeting time-in-grade and qualification requirements. 4. This position has been designated as KN EMERGENCY-ESSENTIAL (MISSION ESSENTIAL). KN EE (ME) Position Agreement Form (USFK Form 200EK) must be signed prior to appointment of the selectee for this position.
