Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of Sales order Management including managing open sales orders, quote creation, delivery tracking
- Responsible for all aspects of I&Q and Warranty order Management including managing MRP run, internal PO creation, delivery tracking, expediting
- Collaborate with across the organization including key stakeholders and colleagues from Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Service team
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- More than 5-10 years of CSR/Spares Planner experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment industry
- Proven customer support experience
- English skill (영어메일 가능한 정도, 컨퍼런스 회의x)
- Familiar with Excel & SAP (SAP 사용경험 필수)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
