Fragrance Trainer

Position Overview:

This position trains beauty consultant of PCD Korea according to BC career and training path for enhancing Dior service excellency and maximizing individual BC performance with client centric mind-set.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Reach the necessary standard of quality and professionalism in training execution Create pro-active and positive atmosphere in all aspects of training and POS coaching To Imply annual training and coaching plan according to Dior BC training path To respect PCD guideline and training curriculum in daily execution To execute skincare, fragrance training module and measure training performance New BC training: Basic skincare New Product training: Icon Skincare, Men’s Fragrance Professionalization training targeted junior BCs: Skincare, Fragrance Ability to handling e-learning platform To identify, anticipate the on-going training needs of BCs for developing pragmatic contents and POS tools To closely communicate with marketing department for supporting product launch and Dior service development Support various of team and region, central projects Assist admirative tasks for senior trainer and retail education manager

Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

- Good command of spoken and written Korean and English

- At least 2~3 years of experience as trainer in cosmetic or luxury retail industry

- Preferred skincare or fragrance training experience

- Pro-active and motivated

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledgeable about market and customer

- Good Coaching and influence skills

- Good sense and skill of digital training tools and environment
