Job Description
Manage all aspects of the finance function including financial reporting, budgeting forecasts, internal control, treasury, and cash flow management. Produce monthly corporate management pack including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis and forecast. Daily Accounting Bookkeeping & upload vouchers in Sun system accurately and timely. In charge of the monthly closing related jobs and be responsible for the reporting details. Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers and clients to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company. Liaise with external stakeholders including tax authorities, tax advisors, bankers. Train internal stakeholders on the optimum use of all systems to drive productivity. Review client contracts to ensure compliance with company polices. Prepare annual internal & external audit materials (accounting documents), co-working with the regional audit manager Responsible for the quarterly local VAT tax reporting to the government, ensure all the figures are under local policy. Review employee expense claim and handle Concur system related issues Manage fixed asset management tracking the records and updating accurate information on a regular basis Provide the general administrative support to all staff organizing the office management concerning operations Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in Finance/ Accounting experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance preferred Fluent in both verbal and written English and Korean. Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with various levels within the organization Initiative, strategic thinking and detail oriented Ability to work within fast-paced environment Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
