[ROLE SUMMARY]

This position is responsible for providing customer-focused medical information and scientific research coordination services to the health-care professionals directly.

[ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES]

The main responsibilities are composed of three parts;, [1] Medical Scientific Communication, as is already functional in some pharmaceutical industry organization, [2] Medico-marketing, [3] Medical project management, and [4] Data generation

[1] Medical Scientific Communication

Communicate with healthcare professionals about Viatris products related therapeutic area (TA: Dyslipidemia & Tuberculosis focused), basic science, or recent publication with non-promotional nature through various channels like face to face meeting, E-mail, telephone, or internet protocol video system.

Bridge Viatris scientists and other internal resources to external healthcare professionals and independent researchers of related sciences in order to facilitate clinical development of Viatris products.

When requested and guided by Medical Affairs Director or MSR Lead, communicates with the external scientists to facilitate individual clinical development programs.

Develop thought leader relationship and speaker.

Generate customer insight through customer interaction.

[2] Medico-marketing

Review promotional materials, training materials, speaker slides, internal communication & media release.

Collaborate with marketing counterpart for various marketing activities of responsible TA.

Generate medical strategy of responsible TA and provide medical input to brand strategy.

[3] Medical project management

Plan ABM aligned with medical strategy and execute it based on legal endorsement.

Plan content generation aligned with medical strategy and execute it based on legal endorsement if necessary.

Plan internal training aligned with medical strategy and execute it based on legal endorsement if necessary.

Plan medical speaker program aligned with medical strategy and execute it based on legal endorsement.

[4] Data generation

Manage the whole operational process of IIR and PSR and communicate with investigators.

Collaborate with the outcome research team for HEOR studies.

Plan non-interventional study aligned with medical strategy and collaborate with MRPL team and external investigators for the study.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

Academic background in the science (Medical doctor or Master degree or above in pharmacy, bio-science, nursing, or veterinarian is preferred)

Experience of a minimum of 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry (Medical affairs, CR, MI, RA, Safety, OR, Sales, or Marketing etc. – especially customer facing experience is preferred)

Legibility of scientific and medical publications

Strong communication skill both in written and spoken Korean & English formats

Able to attune to out-of-hour global meetings flexibly when necessary

Able to attend overseas business trip
