Job Description
: Overall To create a strong network with plants and with regional/global interfaces (commercial/engineering/supply and supply chain) to identify/ validate and support all projectsTo be curious, good with data collection and analysis. Strong and presenting, engaging to work with and able to create a good rhythm for improvementVisit plants routinely 2 x a year or more if performance dictatesDeliver all related annual budgets and forecasts Micro and Hygiene (70% of time) - Follow weekly micro results and embark plant teams if results are not favorable- Visit and audit sites, at a frequency based on risk, to provide “fresh-eyes” audit and drive continuous improvement with site LT / at least twice a year- Continue to develop and grow the hygiene plant community and ensure regular sharing and dialogue- Create formal regional ‘best practices’ through the conclusion of investigation/ CI projects or sharing with plants on good practices. Share and validate with interfaces and other regions- Provide on-site training to develop microbiological risks awareness and quality culture- Support QFS projects deployment related to microbiological area (for instance, sanitation / condensation / micro verification / RM control …) - present projects and progresses to the APAC TLT when requested.- Bring strong operational support in times of crisis and support the local PRIMP process in coordination with Regional QiF manager-Participate to root cause evaluation with site / support, validate and track CAPA post-incident -- Manage reporting on time and in full- Be the Regional Key user for RCLMS bacterio module (manage database, collect all update requirement to update to Central Team, support application deployment) in collaboration with the APAC QFS IT systems FE RC QFS key contact for internal co-manufacturing (30% of time) - Act as key contact for RC recipes production projects in PN factories: inbound control plan design and deployment, online quality controls, PHR plan definition when applicable, any other questions related to QFS- Participation to pack and process specifications development and validation- In collaboration with RC formulators, participate to product qualification, review and support the continuous improvement- Visit at least once a year each factoryMars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
