[ROLE SUMMARY]

SCQ Specialist 는 Head of Supply Chain Quality Korea 에 보고하며, 한국 Quality Management System이 비아트리스의 규정과 관련 법규 및 요구사항을 준수하며 지속적인 개선을 이루는데에 기여합니다. 또한 환자들에게 고품질의 의약품을 효율적으로 제공하기 위하여, 제품 불만 접수와 처리, 수입의약품의 출하 승인 관련 업무를 지원합니다.

The SCQ Specialist contributes for robust compliance and continuous improvement of the Korea Quality Management System to align with internal standards and local expectation and provide the assistance with activities related with complaint handling management and batch release procedure to ensure the efficient high-quality products and service to customers.

[ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES]

Customer Complaints handling

1. Ensures intake and triage of product quality complaints from the local market, assignment of class and criticality to product complaints and forwarding to the appropriate investigating site via the complaints management system and procedure.

2. Ensures tracking of responses to product quality complaints and issuance of responses to complainants in a timely manner, if requested.

3. Returns complaint samples to investigating sites for investigation purposes.

Local quality test management

1. Supports effective planning, monitoring and execution of local QC testing activities.

2. Ensures timely request and completion of local QC test for imported drug products.

3. Manages local QC records and processes according to local requirements.

4. Support the management of reference standards and QC cost settlement.

Oversight of local Relabeling Operations

1. Support all activities related to Viatris products at the relabeling contractor.

2. Reviews documentation related to the relabeling operation.

Quality Assurance

1. Assist and support the implementation of quality assurance procedure adequately.

2. Supports to the compilation, tracking and quality database.

3. Assists with the creation and maintenance of Quality documentation and records.

Personal development

1. Actively participates in Viatris trainings, assignments, projects.

2. Participates in and contributes to relevant Viatris internal and external meetings, including commercial events.

3. Maintains a good work-life balance.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

Technical

- Fluent English communication skills - verbal and written.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Enthusiastic, positive individual driven to meet targets and standards.

Required education

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4-Year University degree in a Scientific or Technology field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, or other Life Science).

- Preferred majors in pharmacy (graduating students can be eligible to apply)
