About the Role 회사 자산 관리 및 종합적인 총무 관련 업무

[주요업무]

1. 자산 및 계약 관리 (40%)

- 회사 자산 및 비품 관리

- 부동산, 차량 등 임대차 및 렌탈 자산 관리 (계약 관련 사항 포함)

- 자산 및 시설물, 비품 유지보수

2. 사무환경 관리 (40%)

- 본사 및 영업점 설치 및 변경 관련 업무 (사무실 이사, 보수, 청소 등)

- 경쟁입찰 및 공급 업체 관리

- 본사 및 영업점 비품/소모품 구매 및 유지관리

3. 일반 총무 업무 (20%)

- 대내외 문서 수발 관련 업무

- 사무실 인테리어 관련 업무 (간판 제작, 리모델링, 구조 변경 등)

- 주요 소모품 제작 업무 (명함, 뺏지, 사원증, 봉투 등)

[자격요건]

​ - 총무 업무에 대한 이해 및 지식

- 총무 담당 실무 3년 이상 경력

- 기본적인 문서 작성 능력

- 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자

- 업체 관리 및 기타 계약 업무 가능자
