We Offer

We are looking for a customer facing, self-driven sales who has responsibility for the commercial development and delivery of the results to the company. The purpose of the role is to drive account development and lead the selling of integrated container logistics solution. The role is expected to develop and facilitate logistics solutions as well as managing customers relationships to build strategical partnerships globally.

Key Responsibilities

· Accountable for delivery of the growth to meet and exceed pre-defined targets through assigned clients.

· Accountable for managing existing customers as well as developing new customers for both Maersk’s Ocean and Logistics & Services incl. intermodal transportation, Air Freight, Contract Logistics and other value-added logistics services.

· Accountable for developing customer relationship with decision-makers and linking their organization with ours across hierarchies.

· Responsible for ensuring the sales pipeline updates with optimizing “SFDC” (Salesforce, CRM tool)

· Participate and respond RFQs by coordinating necessary internal stakeholders as well as managing relationship with clients

· Accountable for customer business development plan and market intelligence to be aligned with short-term and long-term sales strategy & market environment

We are looking for

· Experiences in Ocean and Logistics industry over 3 years.

· An expert understanding of logistics products, solutions, pricing and terminology, Supply Chain development processes in the local market and industry

· Understands the competitive landscape, and can adjust approaches to customers as a result

· Proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning opportunities, through both personal and collaborative selling efforts, in tendered environments through team wins

· Strong presence and ability to communicate, present, consult with decision makers

· Well-developed presentation and negotiating skills

· Performance driven strategic thinking with both short and long-term planning skills

· Strengths in time management with regards to managing multiple objectives and priorities

· Confident in offering consultative recommendations to clients that would results in long-term strategic value, pursuing End to End supply chain partnership.

· Customer centric view and Positive mindset.

· Fluency in English and Korean with ability to deliver clear communication on different organizational levels in both written and oral communications.

· Suitable for Team work and Collaboration
