What you will be doing

As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for providing indispensable administrative and organizational support to our Seoul office and UBM Management Team. The role and responsibilities will include:

1. Office Administration for Seoul Office

Manage facility and furniture needs, including maintenance of water purifiers, air cleaners, EV chargers, etc. Oversee equipment and office supply management, including printers, office supplies inventory, and document pouches. Perform additional tasks requiring occasional cooperation with General Services & External Relations department. Provide support for expatriates in Seoul, ensuring their smooth transition and adjustment.

2. Administrative Support for UBM Management Team

Arrange travel schedules and reservations, both domestic and overseas. Complete expense reports in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations in both Korean and English. Manage the purchase and organization of office supplies, including IT equipment. Coordinate accommodation and transportation for visitors. Handle communication tasks, including translation from Korean to English and vice versa for business and expatriate relocation matters.

3. Organizational Support to the Global Management Team

Facilitate meeting scheduling, including video conferences, and arrange meeting facilities. Ensure smooth logistics for visitors in Korea by arranging accommodation and transportation.

4. Support Company Events’ Organization

Provide support for the planning and execution of annual and ad hoc company events

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree. 3 to 5 years of work experience in an international environment. High proficiency in English, including reading, speaking, and writing. Strong computer skills, specifically proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiar with Office collaboration tools. Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience working across all levels of management and staff in an international setting. Flexible, well-organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality with a strong team spirit. Good organizational and planning skills, reliable and dependable.
