Position Overview
Develop and execute strategic PR & Communication plans to enhance brand visibility. Write press releases and manage media communications. Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand branding and foster relationships. Oversee magazine photoshoots and influencer seeding efforts. Report directly to the Communication Manager.Responsibilities
Develop and execute PR/Communication plans to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers and media to secure coverage and endorsements. Manage influencer seeding programs, including identifying suitable partners and negotiating partnerships. Plan and execute events, product launches, and press/public event to generate buzz and media coverage. Coordinate and oversee photoshoots for magazine editorials and other media placements. Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve PR and communication efforts.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree At least 3~5 years of experience in PR & Communications roles, preferably within cosmetics or fashion industry. Proven track record of successfully executing PR & Communication campaigns and securing media coverage. Strong network of contacts in the media and influencer communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Korean and English) Be accurate and precise & positive attitude. Deep understanding of cosmetic industries
