**Job title** - Technical Account Manager
**Location** - Seoul, South Korea
**Job model** - In office

Lead and manage the account to grow sales and profitability according to objectives, by establishing dsm-firmenich as the clients’ key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably flavors.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Define account objectives, develop commercial strategy, implement through account plan
+ Identify and document business potentials and competitive landscape
+ Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients
+ Establish dsm-firmenich as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business
+ Get clear and complete briefing from clients, translate their needs into dsm-firmenich projects
+ Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities

**You bring**

+ Fluent in Korean and conversational level English
+ min. 3-5 years of sales/marketing experience in food industry
+ Savory technical background/experience is preferred
+ A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
+ A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
