Position Overview:
Support PM/MM to execute Makeup plan, in line with PCD guideline, philosophy and worldwide image.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**) :
1/ Report & Competitor Watch
Tracking daily sales for the main products by monthly based on MKT calendar Responsibility for market analysis and report based on competitor’s action, especially marketing action for novelty and iconic products & event2/ Product management & Documentation
New product forecast preparation: Data download and check Basic/New item management: Handling item creation, discontinuation, etc. Support MU new launch : communicate with teams and translate texts regarding new launch Local production item management: Communicate with vendors and manage stock for smooth operation. Retailer Mailer (DM): Manage 3 Axis’ DM by monthly based on MKT calendar (Communicate with relevant teams and vendors to follow-up.)3/ Make up Event Arrangement & Follow-up
Ideation and overall preparation for Make up event (e.g. participation HPP and event) Execute event settings by communicating with relevant teams and vendor. Monitor and accumulate the competitors’ event contents including special GWPs and activities.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 1-year experience in cosmetic industry or FMCG. Fluent in Korean and English. Deeply interested in the cosmetic industry, cosmetic product (MU) Analytic thinking and insight on statistics. Time management & Ability on effective prioritize.
