Manage office daily operations.  Manage contract/negotiation/relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord.  Manage and maintain office supplies/equipment/facilities/fixed assets.  Provide general support to visitors.  Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments. Coordinate with IT department on office equipment* Maintain a safe and secure working environment.  Manage admin related payment and purchasing.  Support various company event.  Perform ad hoc duties and other assignment as and when is necessary.  What you'll Need to Succeed Bachelor degree level or equivalent work educational background  Solid experience gained in an Office Administrator or Office Management role or equivalent, with a wide range of skills, such as diary daily management, meeting room management, event management, facilities management, stock control, supplier management;  Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to translate into documentation covering a wide range of areas  Skilled in office software such as Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel;  Strong coordination, organization, and planning ability;  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve and respond to situations or initial requests from the public, escalating matters reporting to the General Manager in a timely manner where necessary.  Proactive can-do attitude with high Initiative to meet business needs. Ability to speak local language, with ability to speak English or Chinese as a plus  Solid experience in event managementSolid experience in office refit and interior decoration Experience in managing contractors for repairs and maintenance, and suppliers for items such as stationery and general office supplies.  Able to manage a large scope of services independently to support business needs.
