About the Role:

Lead integrated marketing and communication execution for product and brand to ensure consistency across all customer experience touch
points, including product, digital, social

What you'll do:

• 360° go-to Marketing strategy & implementation

- Define and implement Korea domestic marketing strategy based on local and global business strategy

- Identify current and future needs of the market thus to formulate and adapt different marketing & media strategies

- Initiate and manage local marketing campaigns/activities for brand launch and product launches working alongside marketing agencies and other teams to ensure 360 coordination in all projects to support retail business

- Develop an integrated marketing communication strategy for the launch of our new products and platforms in Korea

- Partner with Product Marketing to create marketing plan and execute go-to-market strategy

- Work closely with the global marketing departments to leverage best practices and global strategies, while also ensuring appropriate localization is done for the Korean marke

• Integrated digital, social & media strategy & planning

- Maximize brand awareness and buzz, as well as brand launch and product exposure by strategizing, planning and executing local marketing initiatives including events, offline, online and digital media

- Develops and execute promotions campaign through relevant digital and social media channels.

• Brand strategy

- Translate global brand strategy into local brand plan and go-to-market strategy

What you'll need:

- At least 13 year marketing experience for FMCG/ Cosmetic industry in local or global companies or related field is preferred

- Extensive hands-on marketing and communication experience relevant to the beauty/healthcare industry

- Experience in building new brands, launching new products, and attracting adoption through digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media

- Have strong experience in business analytics, consumer insights development, a solid understanding of core marketing levers

- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various functional groups within the organization and external agencies

- Must demonstrate mastery of marketing techniques - Have good commnad of written and spoken English

- Must be a decisive, action oriented individual with experience leading others -Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment -Analytical way of thinking
