Clinical Operations Manager

- Working with assigned accounts to maintain and develop business opportunities.
- Take responsibility for client and employee interactions concerning seconded clinical personnel and relevant commercial activities.
- Recruitment, selection, interviewing, client placement and line management (in partnership with client company) of InVentiv Health Clinical (iHC) employees.
- Work to Best Practice for Client and Employee care.
- Accountable for project FTEs and finance.
- Develop and maintain a customer focus reputation with both clients and candidates.
- Attract and retain high-calibre employees.
- Coordination of training and on-boarding for billable staff.
- Manage employee career development processes.
- Build relationships with the objective of increasing business opportunities within established clients.
- Deliver quality service to clients via highly successful line management of billable employees placed within client organizations.
- Quality Focus ? deliverables, reports, employees’ performance, Best Practice for client and employee care.
[자격요건]
- BSc or equivalent and a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in a clinical role within the Pharmaceutical or CRO/Staffing environment
- Clinical Research experience mandatory.
- Supervisory clinical research resourcing management experience desirable
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams Willingness to participate in the recruitment process for broad range of positions.
- Willingness to participate in business development activities.
- Willingness to cold-call as a sourcing method where appropriate.
- Knowledge and working experience with Contract Staffing processes desirable
- Knowledge of financial management models preferred
- Excellent customer service, negotiation and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and the ability to work with executives and senior management.
