Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for quality assurance in the renewable energy sector? Join our clientâs esteemed consultancy as an Engineering Leader and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control for wind energy projects.
About the Role:As the Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance and quality control initiatives for wind energy projects across South Korea. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading consultancy dedicated to advancing the standards of wind energy through rigorous QA/QC processes.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of engineers and QA/QC specialists in the execution of quality assurance processes for wind energy projects.
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive QA/QC policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international quality standards and regulations.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in QA/QC processes and practices.
