Serves as the Management Assistant assigned to the TSAK Headquarters, providing administrative assistance, guidance and support to the office of the Director, TSAK. Performs and coordinates all phases of administrative technical and clerical work required to accomplish the mission and functions assigned. Serves as the subject matter expert for all TSAK administrative matters and processes. Performs administrative functions to include, forms and records management, and invited contractor verification system administrator in accordance with USFK Reg 700-19 (The Invited Contractor and Technical Representative Program). Executes, coordinates, and monitors daily administrative functions and long-range planning necessary to provide responsive support to TSAK, its internal organizations as well as higher headquarters. Assists with the establishment of policies, plans, and procedures to accomplish administrative/support activities for TSAK, which includes civilian, KATUSA, and contractors' administrative needs and provides these in an efficient and effective manner. Works with Deputy Director, TSAK in developing proposals for improved management in areas like personnel management techniques, proper reporting procedures, effective use of manpower, accomplishing these functions by gathering information, compiling, analyzing and developing courses of action that lead to successful execution. Monitors, coordinates, and participates in the preparation of replies on such matters as Report of Findings of Army Audit Agency, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and staff visits from higher headquarters pertaining to a variety of administrative issues. Establishes effective standard operating procedures (SOP) for branch operations related to various facets of the organization to include identifying, requesting, consolidating, analyzing, and presenting information and data necessary to solve a variety of daily administrative and management problems and issues. Provides support for initiating, monitoring and tracking all request for personnel actions (RPAs) thru Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DPCDS) and Auto NOA (The Nature of Action) for all TSAK Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) and Local National employees. Performs a variety of technical work involved in the manpower, forms, records management report control, and other technical duties associated with the management functions. Reviews and analyzes correspondence or directives pertaining to manpower management. Compiles and prepares manpower feeder reports reflecting number of personnel authorized by personnel categories, and workload data by the Army Management Structure (AMS) codes, sections and units. Prepares change inputs and coordinates modifications with higher headquarters Modification Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA). Maintains new and changed command regulations, policy guidance and procedures on all aspects of civilian personnel management. Duties require personal handling of queries, routing more technical matters to the supervisor or to appropriate staff members and provides information on routine business of the organization to outside callers. Maintains the Director's calendar, reminds him of appointments and makes appointments at his social/business convenience. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifikationsanforderungen
