(Requirement)
Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience but have experience in multinational company as end user & client support(helpdesk)
Fluent in English/Korean
Overall IT knowledge on system and OS such as Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware and Storage)
Overall IT infrastructure Knowledge(router and switch, VoIP)
University degree in computer engineering/science or information system
Good at MS office(Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, word)
Various software support experience(ERP and Applications)
Ability to communicate with all level users both in Korean and English
Strong interpersonal Skill
MCSE, CCNA and ITIL preferred

(Role)
As a 2nd tier IT support and cooperation with global helpdesk and regional IT function
Preparation and execution of IT activates independently and conduct various compatibility test as well as end user training
Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT solutions(Security system, PABX and Win/Linux Server admin, Storage, Active Directory) and regular report to manager
Regular or ad-hoc Tele/video conference meeting
General IT operational tasks(inventory, purchasing, IT ticket handling, h/w & s/w troubleshooting, documentation, OS installation, H/W Move, Add, Install, and Change)
Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services
