HCPs’ needs assessment and consultation
Engage with HCPs to understand their clinical and applicational training needs on FME critical care devices Assess and address how our products can effectively be applied to clinical areaApplication training and issue handling on FME critical care devices
Ensure a high level of product knowledge is attained and maintained Support product demonstration and provide continuous application training to the end users with clinical knowledge / Provide clinical back up and follow up, as required Show good practice and increase level of product knowledge of sales specialists and distributors, develop, and deliver training/education materials and programs, give them periodical product training and market update Provide proper trouble shooting to customers with technical team and routine communicate with global team to find out best solution Attend relevant conferences, seminars and workshops to demonstrate FME products and help organize product relevant workshop and seminar to show our leadershipRoles of sales activities
Provide on-going field intelligence voices on competitive activity, changes in market, distribution, pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features Actively promote and sell FME critical care products Contribute to increase our products utilization through providing continuous application training to the end users Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including HCPs and department heads Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
