Job Scope
Inventory planning / Supply chain to support DOS merchandising functions, and the execution of all merchandising distribution to the stores, rebalance the stock between stores including product delivery and inventory management.
Main Job Responsibilities
-Allocation
Daily distribution by product category in collaboration to buyers Run Distribution system for permanent merchandise allocation Rebalance stock thru store to store transfer to maximize the sales opportunity Set reliable indicator to monitor sales and stock status at store level Carryover/permanent product assortment and mapping adjustment Track the movement of stocks and deal with deposit and client request-Inventory Management
Constant management of inventory, delivery and re-order situation In-store Stock level forecast and stock management according to MD strategies ICT Merchandise WW level and follow up related to invoice Sample management (Delivery CHK, List up, Labeling & Stock Counting) and handling in&out-Communication
Partner with Kering logistic team and work with HQ to align on inventory guideline; return to local WH, ICT, transfer out to HQ WH, etc. Monitor key style replenishment status by ReLux program in collaboration to HQ Build solid relationship by constructive regular communication with store team-Reporting
Sales by category by store Logistic KPI report
Delivery status update for seasonal group Stock coverage analysis by category STS Reporting Deposit report management
Batch report for the distribution Support products in&out to in-store events (including pop up) and store opening Monthly call with HQ supply chain team; Facilitate monthly supply review meeting Store visit with corporate team
Qualification
Fluency in speaking and writing English
Knowledge
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented Good time management, able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines Precision, strong time management and organizational skills
Skills
Proficient especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to think logically with orderly manner Ability on using different interface (POS and ERP) systems Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently Dedication and good determination to meet deadlines Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion merchandising assistant role with international fashion/luxury brand companies
