As Supply and Demand Planner , you will be responsible for managing Supply planning process and DRM/CCC meetings focused on Business support as well as do a role of linkage to demand planning. To take the balance of Best-In-Class Customer service and the appropriate Inventory level for cash flow improvement utilizing CERPS and analytical tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Planning hub team ensuring appropriate replenishment plans considering lead time, safety stocks and shelf-life requirements
- Optimize inventory levels and tracking across multiple suppliers to meet customer, operational, product, and financial goals
- Communicates product market-level issues status as required with Key stakeholder to mitigate or minimize issues constructively with commercial and Supply chain
- Define the strategy, objectives and supply chain projects associated to it, in order to enhance supply chain performance.
- Self-starter, ability to set priorities and make proposal and decision by data driven in a dynamic work environment and tough situation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain management, or related discipline
- At least 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Demand and Supply planning experience ideally within the FMCG industry
- Competent spoken and written English, Korean speaking and writing skill
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- SAP and APO skills highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills
