Demand Planning Manager

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage S&OP process within Marketing, focusing on Demand Review & Pre-S&OP meetings to provide accurate forecasts for Supply Chain & Corporate Finance Department.
- Participate in demand review sessions, align forecasting with cross functional stakeholders, and run DRM sessions for effective planning.
- Improve forecast accuracy by managing forecasting processes, utilizing available data and tools.
- Coordinate demand forecasting for the Company Plan, incorporating Marketing Strategy Objectives.
- Assess commercial impact of market activities by collaborating with Finance and Marketing teams.
- Coach and evaluate the performance of direct reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Exhibit leadership qualities while engaging with stakeholders to support a positive working culture.
- Maintain liaison with various departments to ensure efficient S&OP processes.
- Work closely with teams to manage forecast consumption and develop relationships.
- Identify opportunities to enhance demand planning processes and improve forecasting methodologies.
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 5 years of experience in demand planning is required.
- Strong analytical skills and business planning acumen.
- Leadership capabilities, integrity, and good communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in English, Korean language skills are advantageous.
- Project management skills, consumer marketing experience, and understanding of financial indicators and Supply Chain processes are a plus.

- Timely and accurate forecasting through process-driven S&OP.
- Consistent achievement of consumer demand objectives and brand success.
- Effective implementation of Strategic / Operational planning processes.
- Improved forecast accuracy and successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Internal: TM&D, Brand Marketing, Marketing Research, Marketing Finance Managers, Supply Chain, Operations Management, and more.
