  • Work closely with design, technology development and device engineering to define semiconductor device reliability requirements, characterize the device reliability for discrete (and IC technologies). Failure mechanisms and tests include GOI, TDDB, UIS, HCI, BTI, Short Circuit, Etc.
  • Reliability testing and characterization of all Bucheon fab process technologies, both discrete devices and integrated circuits.
  • Process reliability qualifications of Bucheon fab Silicon Carbide Power Discrete technologies.
  • Performing ATE and manual testing and electrical analysis to support failure analysis of field returns of products containing Bucheon fab parts.
  • Design and implementation of test structures for reliability characterization.

[자격요건]

  • Bachelors or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related discipline.
  • More than 10 years' experience in semiconductor device reliability, device engineering or design, device engineering and/or process development.
  • SiC MOSFET tech experience is a plus.
  • Fundamental understanding of practical Weibull distribution, SPC and DOE methodology, and the science related to semiconductor fab processes, inspection, and failure analysis.
