Provide administrative supports and coordination between sales staff and customers in a professional manner.
Communicate with internal/external customers in a positive manner including;
ordering process, product delivery and shipment schedules
product information, availability and price information
Prepare customer related documentation and follow up internal approvals processes.
Provide business with customer / sales performance reports on a regular basis.
Manage consignment/demo inventory.

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
Degree holder in business administration or related discipline 1-2 years of experience in sales admin
Experience in healthcare industry will be a plus
Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Good communications skill
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities and have excellent follow up skills.
Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency and capable of functioning in a high-pressure environment.
Self motivated with ability to work independently & service oriented.
