• Assist in establishing and maintaining calibration and preventative maintenance programs, including generating SOPs for utility systems and equipment.
• Accurately manage equipment logbooks and maintenance records within a software management program.
• Recommend parts and supplies for manufacturing equipment.
• Plan, budget, justify, and schedule facility modifications, providing cost estimates.
• Conduct inspections for structural, equipment, and landscaping issues to identify unsafe conditions.
• Monitor the operation of automated building systems and evaluate equipment regularly.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance for production and facilities equipment, coordinating with manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor internal and external transfers of equipment and machinery.
• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs, serving as the main safety contact at the Korea facility.
• Coordinate and maintain an internal safety program, including safety committees and regular meetings.
