Head of Vertical, Media & Entertainment - Korea plays a critical role in partnering with advertisers that are performance-marketing driven verticals to drive revenue of TikTok Global Business Solutions.
A successful candidate should drive consultative engagements with C-level executives that drive business growth for our clients and will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall performance marketing franchise.
Responsibilities- Drive ad revenue of the Media & Entertainment vertical, from planning go-to market strategy to all client engaging activities to achieve target - Run a quarterly forecasting cadence to provide visibility of sales pipeline status and minimize revenue downside risks- Able to engage c-level relationship to influence marketing budget- Drive alignment between sales and core cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy and Operationsyears of experience in a commercial role at a technology-driven company or digital advertising company with minimum 3+ years of people management experience2.
Experience working with clients 3. Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing 4. Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers 5. Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking6. Proficient in Korean and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills-
