Software Integration Engineer

Position Summary:
SW integrator to fulfill SW integration activities such as software build, integration, releases as well as configuration management.
The Successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success with hands on execution in developing and implementing integration policies, procedures and processes to meet the project needs and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
SW integrator will have responsibilities to conduct following tasks:
-Configuration management, Change management for software development.
-Source code revision & security management.
-Develop and maintain automate build scripts, assist in build and release management.
-Maintain Perforce and Cruise Control server and continuously improve related procedure.
-Provide technical support and direction to development teams.
-Provide SCM support to Development teams with emphasis on version control and Defect tracking systems.
-Coordinates and announce between software domains for integration policies and plan in terms of feature freeze, code freeze, build, integration, release and delivery.
-Fulfill smoke test and distribute for every software product release.
-Create, maintain and support static and dynamic testing methodologies.
Basic Qualifications:
?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent software engineering experience is required
Strong practical experience in build processes, environments and SCM process;
Experience in SCM tools including but not limited in Perforce & Jenkins;
Experience in Cruise Control customization developing;
Familiar with embedded development environment,
Familiar with one of script language (Perl, Python or Shell)
Good interpersonal skills;
Strong knowledge in documentation;
4+ years of professional experience
Must be capable of verbal and written English, able to lead weekly conference call with global resources.
Other:
SW engineering and integration experiences are preferred.
SW development project with multiple global sites is preferred.
