About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Seoul Office. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actuarial valuation and other actuarial consulting services to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and prepare actuarial valuations of long-term employee benefit plans for financial reporting
- Provide advisory services to corporate clients regarding their retirement plans, employee benefits, and total rewards
- Support business development by collaborating with team members to create proposals and highlight additional services
- Manage internal and external relationships to identify new business growth opportunities

Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Professional actuarial qualification (ASA, IFoA, FIAA, FIAK)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of retirement pension, actuarial, consulting
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- University degree with a major in mathematics, statistics, and/or actuarial science
