Junior Labor Counsel

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled lawyer with a strong background in labor law and business acumen to join our legal department.

Job Description:

• Law degree and bar admission in Korea or Labor Attorney Bar
• Minimum 3 years of private legal practice and/or in-house experience in the labor sector
• Business-minded and solution-oriented lawyer with top-down perspective and willingness to take on a significant working role
• Superior personal and professional integrity, excellent communication skills, strategic management team experience, humility, and self-awareness
• Ability to take ownership and manage multiple large-scale projects to deliver results and past success forging collaborative relationships
• Korean and English language fluency (not mandatory but preferred)

Our legal department's objectives are to deliver timely, best-in-class business advisory and legal services in close collaboration with business partners to accomplish their objectives while protecting GM's high standards of legal, ethical, and financial integrity.

Each member of the legal department is expected to adhere to these standards.
