Ansys is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Hi-Tech industry strategy in APAC. As Chief Technologist, you will be responsible for driving executive alignment with our customers and partners, and supporting our sales and partnership organization.

About the Role

• Engage with CXO level executives to drive executive alignment and support sales and partnership organization
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Hi-Tech industry in APAC, leveraging your network and expertise to identify opportunities and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the strategy
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new solutions to customer challenges, leveraging Ansys' innovative technology and expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 12 years of management experience, with a strong background in the Hi-Tech industry
• Deep experience in APAC, with a strong network of contacts and relationships
• Capacity to think strategically and develop long-term solutions
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
• Mastery in delivering innovative technical solutions for large-scale commercial products
• Experience driving a vertical roadmap across multiple development teams
• Ability to disseminate complex information in a clear and concise manner
