The Role
Our Retirement team combines expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support global organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.
Whether a client has a defined benefit pension or a defined contribution plan, we work with them to determine the right approach to design, funding, investing, governing and employee engagement that fits their specific goals.
In this exciting role as a Retirement Actuarial Consultant, you will have the opportunity to support diverse projects related to mergers & acquisitions, asset liability studies, forecasting, early retirement windows and other special projects as neededYou will also:

Draft Statements of Work : Create project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams. -

The Requirements
Essential
- 5 years of experience and success in the design/management of defined benefit plans, ideally gained in a consulting environment
- An undergraduate degree is required; Advanced degree preferred
- Has obtained at least one or more actuarial credentials (FSA, ASA, FIAK are preferred)
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
- An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Native Korean and advanced business level English
- Experience and expertise in delivering retirement consulting services to Fortune 1,000 or similarly sized organizations
