ü Purpose:
- As part of Employer Branding, we promote West Korea, which conducts B2B business, by providing work experience at West Korea to currently enrolled students (or students who are looking for jobs). Additionally, a talent pool is potentially secured in case new hiring is needed in West Korea in the future.
- As part of social contribution (corporate responsibility), as a project organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the purpose of this program is to promote smooth entry into the labor market by providing various opportunities for work experience and strengthening practical job capabilities to unemployed young people who lack work experience in the job of interest, as the job market trend is shifting towards experienced workers, not fresh graduate.
