The Boeing Korea Engineering and Technology Center (BKETC) is on the lookout for skilled AI/ML Software Engineers. In this role, you will be tasked with creating top-notch models and ensembles that can be repurposed across various domains such as Classification, Prediction, Fusion, Decision Making, and Generative AI solutions. Join the AI Factory team at the BTECK Korea site.
Work Information:
- Work Location: Asem Tower (Samsung-dong)
- Position Responsibilities:
- Research and Development of models and ensembles covering:
- Classification:
- Supervised (CNN, Unet, YOLO, etc.)
- Unsupervised (DBSCAN, K-Nearest, Adaboost, etc.)
- Prediction:
- Predictors (LSTM, UConv, etc.)
- Regressors (Bayesian, linear, etc.)
- Fusion (sensor level, and entity level)
- Decision Making (Task assignments, combinatorial and parametric optimizations, Reinforcement Learning, Path Planning, etc.)
- Generative (LLMs, Stackable LLMs, etc.)
- Classification:
- Expertise in hands-on experience with machine learning technologies
- Collaborate closely with Research leads and Chief AI Architects from Boeing Enterprise AI Center (BEAC)
- Work closely with Software Engineers in AI Foundations and AI Innovations
- Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and motivate the team through effective teamwork
- Drive innovation through creative thinking to discover new opportunities and solutions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree in AI/ML Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in developing models and ensembles in the AI/ML space
- Experience with software architectures and implementations
- Experience with various AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and models
- Experience with Python, ML Ops, Data Ops, and backend frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Ability to quickly adapt to new algorithms and models
- Proficiency in English and Korean communication, verbal and written
- Experience with Model Serving pipelines, microservice architectures, and library creation
- Familiarity with next-generation algorithms and models
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Strong, collaborative engineer with global teamwork capabilities
- Background in optimizing and validating models
- Experience with V&V test benches and Explainable AI techniques
- Familiarity with ONNX (Open Neural Net Exchange)
- Ability to simplify complex information and situations effectively
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and leading teams
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
