A seasoned sales and marketing professional is sought to lead BD's Strategic Marketing (SM) team in South Korea, driving revenue growth and maximizing business output through strategic planning, effective collaboration, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and set up revenue targets
  • Collaborate with distributors to drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Manage sales, marketing, and application teams to develop strategies and action plans
  • Conduct sales forecasting and pipeline management using tools like Salesforce
  • Manage customer relationships and product knowledge to promote BD SM products
  • Develop and manage account managers to achieve individual goals
  • Coordinate business processes across SM segments
  • Submit required reports and manage expenses
  • Develop team members

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve key business objectives, including revenue and profit
  • Submit required reports and plans on time
  • Meet company goals and action plans
  • Adhere to BD's ethical code and high moral standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Pathology, Hematology, Immunology, or related field
  • Over 12 years of experience in sales or marketing in a related field
  • Excellent product knowledge and expertise in related areas
  • Strong strategic planning, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English and Korean language skills
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office
