Production Planner for Life Science Business in South Korea

Manage production quantities and schedules for manufactured products, and packaging scheduling activities for all products, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities to maximize production capability and meet customer requirements.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to achieve company objectives and optimize inventory through analysis and fine-tuning of SAP parameters.
• Develop and maintain production planning work-related SOPs and documents in a timely manner.
• Analyze data and create relevant production reports, including production efficiency and conversion cost analysis.
• Ensure data quality and system quality in routine operation and perform continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate and cooperate with global and other departments to fulfill customer orders.
• Assist management in achieving SCM KPIs and take charge of other SAP-related responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical skills and knowledge of SAP PP/MM module or SAP APO planning.
• Good command of English and Korean in writing and speaking.
• Customer orientation and ability to work within a team environment.
• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving mentality with analytical skills.
