Serves as the HR Business Partner for Korea Country Manager. Work closely with the Country Manager to finalize, implement and regular review of site strategic plans and objectives. Provide inputs and observations of the different line organizations functions and team effectiveness. Assist the CM through organizational diagnosis and other team performance improvement interventions. Also responsible for managing the site-related recruitment, learning and development, compensation, and benefits in close coordination with the region's centers of expertise.

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or above 10+ years full-time experience in various HR functions in MNC companies. Have rich experience to work with Global HR teams and other oversea stakeholder Familiar with Korea labor law. And design, setup and implement employee or labor relations programs Effective Program Management; Design and implementation of employee engagement programs; Executive level account/client management; Coaching and mentoring of organizational leaders; Effective communication to executive leaders down to rank and file; Conflict management and dispute and grievance Handling; Familiar with local labor laws; Ability to interface with government agencies and other external organization related to labour; Effective networking; Ability to setup and implement strategic training and development programs on a regional and site scope; Training Design, Development and Delivery; and Organizational and Team Development. Conduct organizational diagnosis and intervention to improve team performance and morale; Partner with leaders and HR Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to deliver compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent review, and talent development programs, including follow on actions as needed. Perform workforce analysis utilizing available data such as: employee survey results; workforce demographic data; retention statistics etc. to identify issues and trends in the business and align with Peers and SME's to implement best practices and solutions to identified issues. Collaborate with Employee Relations to deliver HR services to our employees that align with ADI's business needs, employee's interests and local legislation.
