IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make important decisions under pressure. Besides, a degree in computer science, IT, or related field, and professional certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are preferred.
- Project Planning : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Developing Project Plans : Detail project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Execution and Monitoring : Direct and oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently within the predetermined timeline and budget.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between the project team, stakeholders, and senior management to present updates and progress reports.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to manage them.
- Quality Control : Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards set by the organization.
- Team Management : Lead and motivate project team members, provide guidance and direction, and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Budgeting : Develop and manage the project's budget, ensuring that the project is completed within the allocated funds.
- Closure : Evaluate the project's success and limitations to support future improvements. Requirements:
- Customer experience platform and/or Commercial industry project management experience.
- BS Degree in Information Technology or similar field.
- 5-8 Years of Project Management experience in a large multi-unit global organization required.
- 3-5 Years experienced overseeing large scale projects, global teams, project managers, application leads required.
- Experience using structured project management methodologies with agile SDLC methods.
- Experience in organizational change management and proven ability to establish process standardization and driving accountability by ensuring compliance and governance.
- Native Korean in both written and verbal is mandatory, strong written and verbal English language skills are required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills.
