Job Description:
- Review site specifications and conditions to develop installation plans, prepare products and tools, and verify delivery compliance.
- Provide technical support and training to certified dealers, and assist in installations to ensure professional results.
- Resolve issues, provide technical support, and expertise to obtain customer acceptance and satisfaction.
- Perform scheduled and emergency on-site service repairs, and schedule and perform on-site preventive maintenance.
- Provide customer service reports, escalate open customer issues, and log necessary information in the CRM system.
- Maintain customer relations through phone, email, or available service tools, and perform regular customer visits to assess product/service satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to the rest of the organization, and perform in-house/onsite/remote training for customers and partners.
- Assist in product demonstrations, guarantee tradeshow equipment maintenance, and assist in product set-up, operation, and breakdown.
- Resolve issues by ordering necessary resources, verifying technical compatibility, logistical possibilities, and required competencies.
- Detect quality issues and forward relevant information to the appropriate escalation channel.
- Review the results of corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Technical Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent through experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in AV industries, preferably.
- Fluent English and Korean communication skills.
- Solid technical background, expert in LVX and IP.
- Ability to bridge between team manager and junior employee.
- Drive for results and continuous improvement mindset.
- Must have a roll-up sleeves attitude.
