You are responsible for the end-to-end functionality of our owned digital transactional channels (.com and mobile web, marketplaces), driving seamless customer journey by supporting in securing that our technical platforms are enabling our commercial plans and customer offer as well as providing cyber security protecting our customers and business.

Website operation

Secure full funnel optimization of the holistic digital customer experience on .com & mobile web. Take a lead role in website operation, performance monitoring, producing regular reports, carrying out competitor analysis, bench-marking, identifying KPIs and providing actionable insights Collaborate with Digital Experience Specialist to plan, create, and execute A/B tests and actions available to the ecommerce team (, website functionalities, checkout processes, and other conversion points), in line with business goal Ensure product enrichment and product publish as per sales date Follow and secure global campaign and local commercial activities launch, be responsible for the whole flow such as technical capability, product availability, and stocks on big commercial activation. Digital/IT project leading Develop and execute yearly IT roadmap to drive digital improvements: keep monitor and track on project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions Be responsible for reporting, prioritizing, and evaluating the business impact of disturbances in connection to maintenances and interruption of services Prioritizing and communicating the expectation/requirement between business teams and technical teams including external vendors Follow and manage incidents Set up and drive cross functional forums together with other functions (eg: logistics, vendors, tech teams and business teams, customer service team), making sure we set a priority that will support selling and benefit to COS customers. Handle customers' inquiries in reactive manner by collaborating with customer service partner to deliver clear brand guidance and fulfill customers' satisfaction to brand Communicate with local vendors and global team to secure work tools stable for daily operation Align working of way, coordinate, translate and evaluating business needs to technical team and Product managers Responsible for approving changes done in the product environment and follow performance on site after changes 자격 요건 Alignment to our company values is the most important characteristic we look for in all new joiners. In addition to our values for this role we are also looking for: You have a strong e-commerce background and previous experiences and proven track record driving digital commercial growth via site operations (preferred over 2 years experience) You have a good understanding of how to optimize the digital customer experience for overall profitable growth, short and long-term. You are data driven, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize data into insights and tangible actions. You are customer-centric in your approach and have an ability to translate visions, directions and frameworks into specific actions and improvements. You are structured and well ad versed in planning, presenting, and communication.
