[주요업무]
- Demand Planning
- SCM focusing on cost control and target inventory level
[상세업무]
- Manages key supply chains operations activities and continuous improvement of the processes. Manages process and reporting activities to include DII, E&O, inventory trend and FTA saving.
- Work closely with business, finance and RAQA to plan and analyze the demand and requirement and meet the shipment target.
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly shipment with warehouse to record the proper information into JDE system.
- Identifies key operational and performance metrics to measure demand plan accuracy performance and measures performance of the demand planning against Integrated business planning.
- Identifies operational inefficiencies as well as best practices and drives improvement initiatives with senior management and operations team. Acts and customer advocate for processes, metrics, measurements, and tools developed for management of the process
- Correspond with overseas manufacturer and functions to manage order, supply and trade issues such as packaging, shipping, labeling, PLCM and FTA.
- Manage proper level of inventory for customer demand and also ensure to meet the inventory KPI such as DII, and E&O.
- Follow up quality management process(ISO) and any other required financial and customs audit(FCPA/SOX/Customs)
- Actively involve in annual or irregular stock counting to ensure the book reflecting the correct inventory and adjusted per the result of stock counting.
- Contributes to development of and manages the execution of business systems and local tools to drive consistency and efficiency in managing the supply chain. Executes project plans to roll out new/enhanced processes or systems capabilities. Participates in project/initiative prioritization process.
- May oversee the work of vendors and cross-functional project teams.
- Performs Other duties as required
- 4년제 대학 졸업 이상 / 10~15년 경력자
- 다국적 기업의 CSM 프로세스에 대한 높은 이해도 선호
- SCM 관련 전반적인 업무 경험자
- 의료기기/ 제약/ FMCG/ 소비재 관련 경력 우대
- People Management 경력 필수
- Good In English
