Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team.

Mission:

The selected candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and be responsible for delivering exceptional services to customers, guaranteeing timely equipment testing and maintenance, and adhering to the company's policies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues.
• Develop strong client relationships by providing value-added and focused service delivery.
• Manage spare parts delivery efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance.
• Provide thorough training to customers on equipment usage, emphasizing safety guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments through ongoing training.
• Offer clear customer feedback and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry.
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingsness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.

Working Environment:

This role will be based in Seoul, Korea, within the Electronic industry/Automation sector, and reports to the Engineering department. The selected candidate will not manage other people, and this position is a permanent job.
